WHO about Russian COVID-19 vaccine

WHO says that all data on the safety and efficiency of new vaccine have to be thoroughly checked.  WHO got the news on the Russian vaccine without any enthusiasm.

According to the representative, “prequalification” of any vaccine means that all safety and efficiency data regarding the vaccine have to be checked “rigorously”. Earlier WHO called on Russia to lead all standards for the production of safe and effective medicines during the development of the vaccine.

On August 11, it was reported that the Federal Republic of Germany called the registration of a vaccine in the Russian Federation without the decisive, third, stage of clinical trials a risky experiment on humans. According to the global standards, developed by WHO, the third stage means clinical trials on thousands of people.

Today, another six vaccines are undergoing the third stage.
