China approved coronavirus vaccine
China approved coronavirus vaccine, but only for military use. The vaccine was created by CanSino and the Beijing Institute of Biotechnology, which is a part of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences.
Scientists from all over the world are trying to find the remedy. All forces are directed on the vaccine development which can reduce the probability of infection and severe course of disease. More than the half of potential vaccines, approved by WHO, are developing in China.
On June 29, the Central Military Commission of China approved the use of vaccines from CanSino for one year. It can’t be use in commercial purpose without further negotiation.
It is still unknown, how far the vaccine can be used by the Armed Forces of China, and the Ministry of Defense hasn’t made any statement yet.
CanSino says they can’t guarantee that the vaccine, used on the first stages of clinical testing in China, won’t be used in commercial purposes in the future.
For now, WHO has included 131 vaccine which are now in development. But none of them were approved for commercial use as a remedy.
